Focus on legs, hips, neck, wrists, shoulders, balance and includes postures, link movements, breath awareness, deep relaxation and visualisation.

HATHA YOGA PRACTICE Classic programme known as the Rishikesh sequence. Includes Surya Namaskar (Salutation to the Sun), fifteen asanas (postures), relaxation, pranayama (expansion and awareness of breath) and meditation.

OPEN UP TO YOGA Detailed programme of postures based on the seven nodal points, known as Chakras (wheels of energy). Reference is made to the philosophy of Yoga supported by the sutras of Patanjali. Ends with deep relaxation and meditation. |
YOGA NIDRA This is a particular and very deep relaxation of classical practice. Nidra means ‘sleep’ – a state of restful awareness in which the body and mind are at their optimum to create health and wellbeing.
