That’s all – heed the soothing suggestion and guidance to rest deeply for twenty minutes. Gentle and easy with tranquil background music.

 

CREATIVE RELAXATION

Let go and release unnecessary tensions to encourage a sense of stillness. Two relaxations: Awareness of breath (sitting), Visualisation (lying down). Used by many on a regular basis to help relieve stressful conditions.
