MEDITATION MADE EASY

Ideal introduction that aims to remove the shroud of mystery that often masks the simplicity of meditation. The focus of this quiet meditation is the awareness of breath – chosen for its ease and subtlety.

 

 

MEDITATION FOR PEACE

An inner journey of discovery of peace as a state of mind rather than something that exists outside ourselves. The meditation begins with the focus on peace within, expands the awareness to outer things, and returns to a deep inner peace.

 

INNER SILENCE

A particular and definite process to slow down thought and quieten the mind – ideal for the busy intellect. Five stages carefully lead the listener to inner silence and stillness. Based on the age-old classic Yoga practice Antar Mouna (inner silence).

 

CONTEMPLATE MEDITATION

To contemplate is to enter into your own room -  the secret chamber of your heart. In order to do this various mantras are mentioned but this particular meditation is based on the gift from the Psalmist ‘Be Still And  Know That I am God’.

 

A TIME TO FORGIVE

Harbouring a grudge or feeling of guilt can be at the core of a great deal of unhappiness, stress and illness and can prevent us from getting on with our lives. Forgiveness is therefore  a practical everyday principle of health, harmony and progress. Includes a gentle guided meditation.
