Jenni Adams has
been teaching Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation for over thirty years, and
her love of the subject has led her to share with many people in various
settings to include adult education, children, the elderly, frail,
disabled people and HM Prison. Wherever and whoever, the message remains
the same – to raise the awareness of health as wholeness and wellbeing
of body, mind and spirit. Jenni is a qualified reflexologist (MAR), on
the International Register of Bach Practitioners (BFRP), and also
trained in counselling. She is the author of ‘STRESS – A Friend For
Life’ translated into Spanish, French & Greek, along with other
booklets. |
