RISE AND SHINE

Wake up and ease your way into the day with gentle exercise to music. A good introduction and ‘warm up’ to be used at any time to thoroughly stretch the body – lying on bed or floor. Carpé Deum – Grasp the Day!

 

RELAX & MOVE GENTLY

It’s never too late to bend! Sitting on a chair for exercise and relaxation. This is particularly designed for people with restricted or limited movement whether of a temporary or more permanent nature as the programme is chosen to maintain and improve suppleness and breathing capacity.

 

STRETCH, BREATHE & RELAX

A lovely stretch routine standing, kneeling and lying flat. Includes Egyptian Salutation-to-the-Sun and focus on the breath to maximise lung capacity, steady the mind and relax deeply.

 

RELAX YOUR MIND AND BODY

Good all-round exercise sitting, standing, kneeling and lying flat. The second side provides four different relaxation exercises, each side can be used independently. The very first title and still one of the most popular.

 

S-T-R-E-T-C-H FOR LIFE

A more challenging stretch programme, lying, kneeling and standing. Includes Link Movements of Chest-Expansion and the Bridge – closing with deep relaxation.
